Dairymen’s Inc.Boulder Junction, WI 54512 Project Description In July of 2005, WNC, Inc. was hired to remove the existing fire damaged building. In September of 2006, WNC, Inc. started construction of a new 11,450 sq. ft. lodge and finished June of 2007. The flat roof sections were covered with the tan Duro-Last roofing system and additional insulation. Reference “We were impressed by WNC, Inc.’s ability to respond so quickly to our needs… Within 1 day of the fire you responded… Within days of Dairymen’s signing the final construction contract WNC, Inc. was able to begin construction with a goal of having the Lodge ready for use for our prime summer season of 2007… your workers completed the new Wolf Lake Lodge in time for the building to be dedicated at Dairymen’s Annual Member’s meeting on June 9, 2007. We were especially impressed by the quality of construction that you put into the building.
