Project Description In 1985, Wayne Nasi Constructio was contracted to install a new Duro-Last roofing system over the old tar and gravel built-up system. In 2000, an adjoining building caught fire. So much damage was conflicted to the building that it had to be torn down instead of repaired. Fire landed on Ronnie’s Duro-Last roof but the roof did not catch fire. The Duro-Last roof saved Ronnie’s Camera from severe damage. After the demolition of the adjoining building, a new Duro-Last roof was installed due to damage caused by the fire, broken glass, and falling bricks during demolition.
