Project Description

A new custom prefabricated White Duro-Last Roofing System was installed in 2011 over the existing Metal Roofing System. Two layers of Insulation were installed, the first layer was installed between the metal ribs, and the second was installed over the metal ribs & insulation strips to create a smooth surface. This increased the R-Value and decreased heat loss, & ice build-up due to melting. All pipes, chimneys, vents, and flashing were pre-measured, and ordered to fit. This reduced the amount of field seams that had to be done, allowing the roof to be installed quickly and a high level of quality to be maintained. Upon completion a 15 Year Manufacturers Material and Labor Warranty was provided.
