Copper Country Mental Health Services901 West Memorial
Project Description The existing metal roof was covered in 1999 by Nasi Roofing. Custom cut polystyrene (EPS) insulation fillers were placed in-between the metal ribs, and a layer of half inch fan fold insulation was installed over the insulation fillers and metal ribs. This created a flat surface for the new Duro-Last roofing system, reducing heat loss in the winter and heat gain in the summer. Then the new custom prefabricated Duro-Last roofing system was installed over the fan fold insulation. The increased r-value reduced the heat loss and ice build-up on the roof.
