The City of Eagle River put the City Hall Re-Roof Project out for bids. It was specified to remove and dispose the existing membrane, inspect the existing insulation and replace any damaged insulation, install a Duro-Blue Poly slip sheet, a 50 mil highly reflective white Duro-Tuff membrane, with metal edging manufactured by Exceptional Metals. Our estimating team reviewed the plans and specifications for the project Nasi Roofing LLC won the bid and was issued a contract to Re-Roof the Eagle River City Hall. The new mechanically fastened Duro-Last roofing system was installed with all pipes, chimneys, vents, wall & curb flashing ordered to fit. This reduced the amount of field seams, allowing the roof to be installed quickly and a high level of quality maintained. We installed the roof without change orders, and met the construction schedule. Upon Completion the roofing system was inspected by a Duro-Last Roofing Technical Representative to insure the roofing system was installed per manufacturer specifications. A 20 Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty was provided. This warranty covers Duro-Last Material and/or installation workmanship, is transferable, and has no exclusion for damage caused by biological growth.
