This massive 210,000 sq. Ft. Manufacturing facility was re-roofed using a 50 mil. Duro-Last metal retro-fit roofing system. Custom cut EPS insulation fillers were installed between the existing metal ribs, and a layer of 1.75” polyisocyanurate insulation was installed over the fillers to create a flat surface. A 50 mil Duro-Tuff membrane was installed and a 20 year warranty was provided.
