A Duro-Last metal retro-fit roofing system was installed by Nasi Roofing. EPS Insulation fillers were installed between the existing metal ribs, and an additional layer of insulation was installed over to create a flat surface. We installed A highly reflective, mechanically fastened white Duro-Last Roofing System. A Duro-Last Roofing Technical Representative visited the project after completion to insure the roofing system was installed per manufacturer specifications. A 15 Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty was provided. This warranty covers Duro-Last Material and/or installation workmanship, is transferable, and has no exclusion for damage caused by biological growth. Duro-Last also has 10, 20, 25, & 30 year warranties available.
