In 2012 the existing rubber roof, and wet insulation was removed & disposed. Four inches of Polyiscocyanurate Insulation R-Value = 24.2 was installed, and a new custom prefabricated Duro-Last Roofing System. Upon completion a 15 Year Manufacturers Material and Labor Warranty was provided.
