This roofing endeavor spanned over 16,300 square feet, aimed at revitalizing the establishment's flat roof. The project featured the installation of a high-quality 40 Mil White Mechanically Fastened Duro-Last membrane with a 15-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty, and a unique insulation system composed of two layers of 2" R-22.8 insulation. The project's objective was to enhance the structural integrity of the roof while also increasing energy efficiency and providing long-lasting protection for this popular bowling alley.
