Nasi Roofing provided Ashland County a bid to re-roof the courthouse in Ashland, WI. The existing roof was inspected by a project manager. It was determined A Duro-Last 50 mil custom designed roofing system would be the best system to provide a long term roofing solution. The county was going to install a solar array shortly after the roof was installed, so the roof had to be able to accommodate modifications easily throughout the life of the roof. Having installed Duro-Last Roofing Systems for over 30 years, we knew this would not be a problem. A layer of coverboard was installed, then the new 50 mil white highly reflective Duro-Last roofing system. Upon Completion the roofing system was inspected by a Duro-Last Roofing Technical Representative, and a 20 Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty was provided. This warranty is transferable, and has no exclusions for ponding water, and provides coverage against consequential damages that result from defects in the Duro-Last Material and/or installation workmanship.
