The commercial roof in Rhinelander Wisconsin was installed by Nasi Roofing. We were asked to inspect and evaluate the condition of the existing hot tar roofing system. Upon completion we determined it was at the end of it's life cycle and could no longer be effectively repaired. The wet areas of the existing roofing system were removed and disposed. A Duro-Last Roofing System was installed and a 15 year warranty was provided to the owner.
